Sukakhar of Hiqqonquril

The current head of the Andukaril Authority, Sukakhar was born to unknown parents in UTC 752 in Hiqqonquril. He would go on to be taken in by Lorkhar family and rise to prominence among their ranks. After the first Hesvolene incursion in UTC 776, Sukakhar, along with many other Andukar, saw an opportunity for trade, and left the Lorkhar family to seek his fortune among the Olskir.
